Event Planner: Adding Products to an Event

This feature is available beginning in FTD Mercury X3 Fall.

You can add products to proposals from the Personal Flowers screen, the Ceremony screen, the Reception screen, and from the Party or Other screen.

To add products to a proposal:

  1. Create a new event or edit an existing event.
  2. Depending on the products you are adding, click on the Personal Flowers, Ceremony, Reception, or Party or Other buttons.
  3. If the item you want to add is already present (but without information), enter a product code in the Product field or perform a product search using the search button (...).
  4. In the Quantity field, enter the number of these products that are being included in the proposal.
  5. In the Description field, modify the description as necessary.
  6. In the Each Price field, enter the price for each item.
  7. From the Location list, select the location for this item.

Duplicating an Existing Item

If an item is already part of the proposal and you want to duplicate the line so you can modify it, click the Repeat button to the right of the row. The duplicated row is inserted below the existing row.

Adding a New Item Row

If you need to add a new row to the item list, click the Add button to the right of the row below which you want the new row inserted.

Deleting an Item Row

If you want to remove an item row, click the Delete button to the right of the row.
