Deleting Existing Standing Order Templates

To delete an existing standing order template:

  1. Perform a Customer Search to locate the customer with whom the standing order template is associated.
  2. Click the Standing Order tab.
  3. From the list of active standing order templates, select the standing order template you want to delete and click Remove.
  4. When asked, confirm the deletion.

The Standing Order tab refreshes and the standing order template you deleted is no longer displayed. FTD Mercury will not generate any future orders that were scheduled to be created based on this template.
